Eunice Yau

Manager – Research

Eunice Yau is a social scientist and researcher with experience crafting customized qualitative and quantitative programs that span multiple issues, including education and workforce development.

Eunice forms and executes strategic communications research as part of Seven Letter Insight, helping clients to communicate more effectively to their customers or constituents.

Previously, Eunice worked at MEF Associates, specializing in research and evaluation to inform social services programs delivered by government agencies and other community-based organizations. Prior to that, she conducted data analysis as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan Institute for Social Research.


Drawing on her multidisciplinary education and varied experiences in foreign policy, nonprofit management, and research, Eunice utilizes creative approaches to designing measurement tools. Her work focuses on understanding a target audience’s current perceptions, then crafting compelling narratives to persuade and shape those perceptions towards client success.


Eunice attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she received dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology, and a minor in Applied Statistics. She was born and raised in Singapore and now lives in Washington, D.C.
