Erin Hill

Manager, Operations

Erin Hill is responsible for all in-office operations at Seven Letter, and in addition, assists in managing business operations, human resources, employee culture, and the agency’s technical infrastructure.

With a background in wellness, and a specific focus in business operations, Erin's management style revolves around how to improve office situations for all employees.

Erin holds years of experience in facility management and process management – the first staff and facility she oversaw was a multi-building university recreation center including multiple courts, fields, a pool, and a gym. Previously, Erin was a promotions assistant for a local radio station. She ran events ranging from country concerts, fishing and golf tournaments for fundraising, to New Year’s Eve parties. These varied experiences in her job history provide Erin with great insight into administration, organization, and development that she will continue to hone during her time at Seven Letter.

Immediately prior to joining the Seven Letter team, Erin worked for a commercial real-estate firm where she oversaw the design and construction of a large office space and then managed the financial, hospitality, and onboarding functions.

Erin has her MBA and undergraduate degree from University of Mary Washington, and works in our Washington, DC office.
