Holly Jackson joined JDA Frontline in February of 2017 as Director of Coalitions. Holly works with our clients to develop strategic partnerships with stakeholder organizations.
Prior to joining the JDA Frontline team, Holly spent nearly a dozen years working for third party advocacy organizations in external affairs and fundraising roles. Having worked in the third party space, Holly brings an intricate understanding of not only how think tanks and advocacy organizations operate, but how they can best serve as surrogate voices surrounding policy and legislative issues.
Most recently, Holly served as the Director of Development for Americans for Tax Reform (ATR), a premier taxpayer advocacy organization. At ATR Holly built and maintained relationships with ATR’s corporate partners. In this role Holly developed government affairs and issue management strategies that were of combined interest to ATR and its corporate partners.
As Director of External Relations at State Policy Network (SPN)—the umbrella organization of free market state think tanks—Holly oversaw outreach programs with national advocacy organizations, academic, and corporate allies. Holly also directed SPN’s investments in intergovernmental organizations including ALEC and NCSL.
Holly was raised in the mountains of Western North Carolina, and graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA with a B.S. in Psychology. Holly currently lives in Old Town, Alexandria in Virginia.
